
Client Requirements
Each agent must first enroll, attend, and successfully complete each client’s certification course.
The importance of the certification course is to provide the agent with knowledge of the client: expectations, types of calls received and ultimately how to deliver a successful customer experience.
All certification courses are FREE. However, if an agent enrolls in a client’s certification course but does not show up to the first day of class, a $20 no show fee will be charged.
Additionally, each agent will be charged a $30 fee to perform for a background check (if required by client). However, the background check is valid for 36 months.
Certification courses vary and is taught by an instructor-led and is very informative,
This certification course experience resembles a real-life call experience.
We strongly suggest that each agent attend the required certification course, as it is critical to your success.
Carefully Read the Client’s Opportunity Announcement:
Attend information sessions and ask questions prior to registering for the clients certification course.
Each agent must successfully pass all quizzes and exams.
Each agent must successfully pass background check.
An agents work environment must be noise free.
